Lesson Goals

By the end of the lesson, students will be able to

• Outline good reasons to ride a bike,
• Identify and demonstrate the ABC Safety Bike Check (A-Air, B-Brake, and C-Chain),  
• Explain proper safety procedures for helmet fit, and
• Demonstrate the proper safety procedures for helmet fit.
