Atlanta Streets Alive is a very big part of what we do.

It embodies our mission of making Atlanta a better place to bike and live by giving people the opportunity to experience vibrant, people-oriented streets that encourage walking, biking, and other healthy activities.

The year’s first Atlanta Streets Alive will be on April 19th in the Historic West End from 2-6 p.m. Last year was the first time we brought Atlanta Streets Alive to the West End.

Many people continue to tell us the West End route was their favorite event of 2014, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring it back to the community. The local businesses, organizations and people who call the West End home posses a level of community spirit that is hard to match.

Atlanta loves the West End, and so do we. For the next two weeks, we’ll be gathering quotes from West End residents, participants of Atlanta Streets Alive, and others on why they love the West End. We'll share these responses on Facebook and Twitter.
