Historic Roswell Criterium on the chopping block

The Roswell City Council is making budget cuts due to the current economic conditions, and the Historic Roswell Criterium will be on the chopping block at the next City Council meeting on Monday, March 16th at 7:30pm. Race Director Michael Johnson is encouraging as many people as possible to attend, noting that "if only three people show up, we can kiss this race goodbye. However, if we get a solid showing, say 100 people, it would be very difficult for them to tell us they have to cancel the race."
