2009 Earth Day BeltLine Bike Tour

Experience Atlanta's BeltLine neighborhoods from the seat of a bicycle on Sunday, April 26th from 1-4pm! Now in its second year, this ride grows with the BeltLine, until one day it will span the entire loop. Registration will be from 12:30-1pm. Kids' entry fee is $5, adults 18 and over pay $10, and families are just $20. Online registration is now closed. You may register at the start location Sunday at 12:30pm.
The ride will start at Gordon White Park at 1 pm and use the new West End Trail, whose first phase is now complete. Registration will be from 12:30-1pm.
Last year's Beltline Bike Tour attracted a diverse group of 200 bicyclists and landed on the front page of the AJC. This year promises clearer routes and options suited to a wide range of riders, including families with young children, recreational cyclists, and intrepid explorers of the city by bike.
Learn about the BeltLine project, a 22 mile loop of transit, trails, and economic development encircling intown Atlanta, through the BeltLine Partnership's maps and displays. Come enjoy Whole Foods-sponsored rest stops at the Outdoor Activity Center, Trees Atlanta, and the Piedmont Conservancy.
We have ride options for all ages and skill levels (Note: all routes are round-trip). Atlanta Cycling will be on hand to provide support for riders.
