And our winners are... 2009 Partner of the Year: Atlanta City Council President Ceasar Mitchell; Volunteer of the Year - Kyle Torok; Bicycle Friendly Business - Bicycle Tours of Atlanta; Brightest Community Project - BeltLine Bikes; Bicycle Planning Initiative - PATH Foundation for Harris Street greenspace and cycletrack proposal.
